When can I get my refund?
We will refund your order 30 days from when you purchased.
If I need a refund, which products are eligible?
Any refunds we provide need to meet the following criteria:
- Unopened items
- Undamaged items
When we receive your item, we will process it and credit the price of the purchase minus shipping in around 3-5 business days. You are also more than welcome to use the refund as an exchange or replacement with other items that we sell.

What if the product I received is damaged or defective?
Oof—first of all, sorry about that! Just know that our products are of the highest quality, and we test them to ensure that. We also work hard to make sure all shipments out of our warehouse are undamaged. But if there is damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to provide as much detail as you can including the type of product, the type of damage, and when you placed your order. We will be sure to address it with our shipping department and get a replacement product to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping for Large Orders
Got a big order? Live in Alaska or Hawaii? Give us a call and we can work with you on price and availability if:
- You live outside of the continental U.S.
- Your order is over $5,000.
Also, just so you are aware, some shipping providers take longer than others. Be sure to check out shipping dates when you check out. When shipping weight-based items, our shipping policies align with the policies of our selected shipping companies. That usually means we will round up to the next full pound.
